Returns: To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item(s) in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.

Return Instructions: We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at denise@planetarycrafts.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions as refunds apply.

Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective or damaged candle, please contact us immediately at admin@planetarycrafts.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement or refund for defective or damaged items at no additional cost to you.
